Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival in India's capital city you will be warmly welcomed by our Tour Executive who will assist you to transfer to your hotel. Relax for the day and overnight in Delhi.

Day 02 : Delhi
There is more than a full day's sightseeing in Delhi; your tour will take in some of the highlights such as Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Jama Masjid (the largest mosque in Asia), and the Red Fort where you can enjoy a sound and light show in the evening. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi - Jaipur
After breakfast drive to Jaipur, the famed 'Pink City' and modern day capital of Rajasthan. This is a 5 hour, 250km journey. In the afternoon, take time to explore the walled town built in the 18th Century and wander in the bazaars. This evening take an excursion to the tastefully recreated Chokki Dhani Rajasthani village a short drive from Jaipur. The atmosphere is relaxed and there are numerous cultural and musical performances to captivate the senses while you enjoy a delicious traditional Rajasthani meal. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 04 : Jaipur
This morning take an excursion to Amber Fort with a short ride up the ramparts on elephant back. In the afternoon, take a city tour of Jaipur, covering the City palace, Hawa Mahal, Royal Observatory, Nawab Sahab ki Havelli. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 05 : Jaipur - Ranthambore National Park
After breakfast you will be driven to the world famous Ranthambore National Park, a 4 hour journey. In the afternoon you can enjoy a safari in the park and- with a bit of luck- see a tiger in the dense scrub jungle. Overnight in Ranthambore.

Day 06 : Ranthambore
Today you will have full day to soak up the magical atmosphere of the Park with over 1300 sq km of scenic beauty. Enjoy a day's tour exploring the forests of Ranthambore. Not every trip will result in the sighting of a tiger, but with the help of a local naturalist you will be given the best possible chance. There is much to see in the park including crocodile, leopard, civet, porcupine and a vast array of bird species. In the dry season (October to April) tigers can be seen near the watering holes and are clearly visible in the dry forest. Overnight in Ranthambore.

Day 07 : Ranthambore - Agra
This is the longest day of travel in the itinerary, a drive of 8 hours with stops for lunch and refreshments. Upon arrival in Agra you will want to get a good nights rest for the early morning start tomorrow. Overnight in Agra.

Day 08 : Agra - Gwalior
The best time to visit the Taj Mahal is at dawn and immediately after as the rising sun creates an ever changing array of colours on the marble faces of this glorious edifice- a sight never to be forgotten. After breakfast, enjoy a half day tour of Agra Fort, the tomb of Itimad-ud-Daula and the option to visit the artisans of Agra. In the afternoon drive to Gwalior, where you will stay overnight.

Day 09 : Gwalior
Today you will have a full day to explore Gwalior on a sightseeing tour. The fort here is quite majestic and is an amazing 3km long. There are also Jain sculptures cut into the rock face and a variety of temples to discover. Overnight in Gwalior.

Day 10 : Gwalior - Shivpuri
Today drive to Shivpuri, a journey taking 2 ½ hours. Upon arrival there is plenty of time to relax and explore the chhatris- small walk-in tombs with inlay marble work similar to that in the rather more grand Taj Mahal. Overnight in Shivpuri.

Chinkara, Madhav National Park

Day 11 : Shivpuri
Today you can visit the nearby Madhav National Park which houses good populations of various antelope and deer species, as well as sloth bear, leopard and masses of birds. Overnight in Shivpuri.

Day 12 : Shivpuri - Orcha
Today travel to Orchha enroute visiting Karera Bird Sanctuary and see many locally domiciled and migratory birds in the nature reserve. Overnight in Orchha

Day 13 : Orchha
There is much to see on a full day city tour; covering Jahangir Mahal, Rajmahal with its superb murals and Phool Bagh with gardens and more elaborate chhatris. Overnight in Orchha.

Day 14 : Orchha - Khajuraho
In the morning drive to Khajuraho, a journey of 170km which will take around 5 hours. There are a vast number of temples around Khajuraho and you can take a tour to explore just a sampling of them. Including the Laxmi and Varha Temples. Overnight at Khajuraho.

Day 15 : Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
In the morning we you will set off for the 210km, 5 Hour drive to Bandhavgarh in time for afternoon game viewing. Overnight at Bandhavgarh.

Day 16 : Bandhavgarh
You can spend the morning and evening today searching for wildlife, either on jeep safari or by on elephant back, with the chance to see a variety of animals in this delightful park. In the vicinity are tiger, elephant, various deer species, leopard and many bird species. Overnight at Bandhavgarh.

Day 17 : Bandhavgarh - Kanha Elephants, Kanha National Park

The drive to Kanha takes a full 7 hours. Overnight at Kanha.

Day 18 : Kanha National Park
Another full day for game viewing. The vegetation in Kanha Park is different again with some moist forest cover and a lot of grasslands which provides good opportunities for viewing. There are populations in the Park of tigers and elephant. Overnight in Kanha.

Day 19 : Kanha - Raipur
Drive to Raipur, the capital of the recently created state of Chhatisgarh. Overnight in Raipur.

Day 20 : Raipur - Delhi
Transfer to Airport for the flight to Delhi. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel where you can relax and enjoy your final evening in India.

Day 21 : Departure - Delhi
Departure transfer to International Airport for your flight home.
