I know this note is a little late, as I have been back from India for more than 3 weeks now! But as relaxing as the holiday was, I had to get right back into studies when I got back... I just wanted to say that you really really 'made' our holiday. We had decided to go to India and booked the tickets etc, but actually never got to the planning stage, in pure desperation I surfed the internet, and by pure coincidence i came across your site. And I have to say I have never found what I am looking for on the internet, but this was exactly it! I have never ever 'met' (though we never did meet in person) someone who is so focused and interested and busy with her customers. AND not only that, every single place we stayed, the people spoke fondly of you and proudly too, that they were working with and for you. I was and still am dead impressed, every problem was already solved before we even realised there was a problem (like our trip to Misty Heights), every question or issue we had we could call you, seriously, I wish I could have properly thanked you in person... Some people would say "it's the job" but the way you handle it, it goes way beyond that, and that's amazing. So thank you so much for an amazing X-mas holiday, and if I am ever in South India again, I will look you up, and I will definitely recommend you to friends across the world.

Now, when I've had time to rest and digest, I must repeat: The quality of a tour depends on careful planning BUT over all a good and caring agent. You, your colleagues and your firm are the BEST!. You trusted us and didn't even want a penny in advance!. You're connections made our nights restful and pleasant. Your care wrapped us and your wonderful driver add a wonderful touch of beauty, safety and knowledge to the beautiful tour. We, my wife and me, travel a lot. We make it a point NEVER to go on organized tours, just "do it ourselves" with help from local agents and the internet. We have seen and tried them all, BUT never did we receive such royal treatment, so much personal aid and care. We are writing an article to the local newspaper about south India (as it's not so "popular" as the north and mountains, with no justification at all, just ignorance!) and your firm and you shall be the guests of honor in it (I shall send a translated copy once it's published). My friend, the flying lawyer, has already started organizing a group, who showed much interest(some challenged him he shall not be able to enjoy the south as much as the north!. Their eyes tore open on seeing the photos we brought back of blue seas, green thick forests, beautiful mountains and resorts...etc). Again, please give Mani a million thanks! we shall not forget him and try and "use" him whenever we return I'm enclosing my photo, just so the communications become more personal. A million thanks, again and again. You made our tour a smooth success and we shall never forget. You have our friendship for ever and are invited to use it as much as you will.
