You will be pleased to know that we rate our recent trip to Kerala as our equal best holiday of all time (sharing with South Africa). Thank you also for the expert local advice that you gave to us when deciding on our itinerary. We are a little embarrassed that we doubted your reliability initially (this is probably mainly due to the huge number of frauds etc that you hear of here in the UK).

We really cannot think of anything about our trip that we would have changed and are trying to get our family, friends and colleagues to plan holidays to Kerala (using Window to the World of course).

Just a note to say thank you (and your staff!) very much for arranging such a fabulous holiday, and for all the care you took to ensure I enjoyed myself. It was one of the best holidays ever, it seemed much longer than a fortnight because there was so much to do and see; I am still on a high, not least because of those georgeous smiles people, especially children, give you all the time! Attached is one of the many photographs I took, or rather, Aresh, my favourite driver, took this one.

The Sagara hotel was a good choice, I loved the balcony with sea view, and the partners treated me very well. The woman who does the massages is excellent! The hotel was very handy for the beach and last-minute souvenir shopping, I also took the bus to Trivandrum and looked at the temple and the Maharadja's palace (fantastic, with a really good guide).

I'll definitely recommend your agency to all my friends. I'd also like to try and get a British newspaper or magazine to print an article about this holiday, because there are quite a few women like me who, for one reason or another, would like to go on holiday alone but are afraid to do so. It took me a while to pluck up courage too, but I'm very glad I did. I felt completely safe, never had any tummy troubles (thanks to the excellent and delicious food) and lots of people come up and talk to you when you are alone.

Lastly, please add me to your mailing list for sending suggestions for other holidays in India, I could easily be tempted again!

I have been meaning to write since I have been back to say thank you for organising a fantastic holiday. We had a wonderful time and felt really spoilt.

The transfers between all the hotels were very smooth and the drivers and guides were brilliant.

We will definitely go back to Kerala as we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the country and friendliness of the people. When we do, we will be sure to book through you again.
